ABOUT ME
I am a practitioner of holistic medicine, working with the body’s natural wisdom and healing capabilities to promote optimal health. I am a Reiki Master/Teacher and an advanced clinical practitioner in Eden Energy Medicine (EEMAP). I am a certified yoga instructor (YTT200) and have also practiced past life regression, quantum touch, indigenous shamanic healing, and EFT. I incorporate these practices into workshops, retreats, classes, and private sessions.
I am a communications professional with 10+ years experience managing social media, graphic design and branding. My intention is to create written and visual communications that ignite imaginations, change conversations and inspire people to take action. I work closely with clients to develop and execute solutions to their communications needs in all media.
The energy of clay fuels an internal fire that drives me to explore the medium with a childlike sense of wonder. I enjoy working at all temperatures and all fabrication styles of ceramics and pottery, from the most organic methods to the most sophisticated. I have produced a highly diversified body of work emerging from my fascination and respect for earth, spirit, and energy.
